Important Information, please read before scheduling an appointment
SAFTEY New male clients will not be scheduled past 3pm. Established male clients may be able to book appointments later in the evening if the therapist feels comfortable.
ANY SEXUAL remarks, misconduct or advances will discontinue the appointment immediately and the full price for the service will still be owed. We have the right to refuse service to anyone and will contact the authorities immediately if any
sexual advances are made.
CANCELLATION -- Your time and ours is valuable. In case you can't be there for your scheduled appointment, please give a 24-hour notice of cancellation.
This allows us to schedule someone else in your cancelled time slot.
No shows will be billed the full treatment hour.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS -- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out informational forms (Health Intake etc). Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will not be able to receive their full
treatment time.
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PLEASE KEEP QUIET -- Voices must be kept down while in the Healing Arts Center.
Please no talking on your cell phone and ringers must be turned off
PAYMENT -- is due at the time of service.
